Last week we went to Hood River for the day. It's a nice little town and I hadn't been there for years. Of course I was thrilled to go back! Oak Street is a nice street to walk down, and I found a great pet store:
Gorge Dog. They had some cute things especially for pugs. There was a lot of Bernese Mountain Dog paraphernalia too. I couldn't leave without getting a little something for Pug.
We walked around town and found a pretty garden
as well as some very pretty flowers.
A stop at the
Double Mountain brewery was on the itinerary.
I enjoyed a glass of
Pheasant Valley pinot noir, and Husband had Double Mountain's wheat beer.
Back home, I gave Pug his toy from Gorge Dog: a pink octopus. He was in heaven.
